Service Description
Bring the excitement of Archery Tag® to your next event with Titan Action Games. Perfect for birthday parties, team building events, and special gatherings of all kinds, our one of a kind experience services brings the fun to you. Our professional staff will set up the equipment and provide all the necessary instructions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. *If you do not see your desired date/time available, please contact us directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request!* Mobile Bookings include: • 90 Minutes of Gameplay • The first 10 minutes will be used to help players learn how to shoot their bows • Up to 10 Active Participants at once (players can easily swap in/out if more than 10 participants at event) • We'll help locate and secure a venue for your requested date/time (Please note this is based on availability and the specific date/time requested may not be available) Booking Requirements • All participants must sign a Participant Waiver Form if they wish to play (printable and digital copies available on our website) *If an attendee(s) have previously completed a waiver form for any of our previous Laser Tag events, you are required to complete an updated waiver which now covers BOTH Laser Tag and Archery Tag® experiences*
Cancellation Policy
Customers require a minimum of 4 days notice from scheduled booking start time to receive a refund for cancellations for all mobile bookings. Customers require a minimum of 1 weeks notice from scheduled booking start time to receive a refund for booking deposit fees for all mobile bookings. Bookings can be requested for a reschedule within 3 days before the selected date time. Availability is based on the time/date the reschedule request is submitted. WAIVER FORMS All participants are required to complete our Waiver Release form prior to being able to partake in any Titan Action Games activities. Minors are required to have a Parent/Guardian complete and sign on their waiver form. A digital and printable copy can be found on our website. WEATHER POLICY In the event of inclement weather, we will offer full refunds for Bookings. Mobile Bookings cancelled due to poor weather will have the staff notify attendees ahead of time as soon as we determine the severity of the weather conditions. We will monitor special weather statements each week and do our due diligence to cancel with as much notification as possible for attendees. In the event of weather cancelations for Mobile Bookings we will help arrange for a reschedule. UNSAFE CONDITIONS POLICY We reserve the right to cancel any mobile booking in a location we deem unsafe for attendees of our experience or for our equipment. Please ensure your available playing space is safe, contains no harmful obstacles, or has anything that could cause injury (mud pits, uneven ground, etc). In this event, no refund will be provided.
