FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
How old do you have to be to play?We recommend ages 4 and up for our Laser Tag experience. The taggers and headbands are lightweight which allows for younger children to still be able to partake in the experience. We also offer straps for the taggers that younger players could wear to offer support for holding the tagger itself. If your child doesn't like wearing the headband or it is too big for them, it does not need to be worn (for the full experience we recommend wearing it if possible). There is a secondary sensor on the front of the taggers that allows them to receive hits so they can still partake in the games without the headband.

We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm our availability.

Do I need to complete a Waiver Form & do I need a new one every time I play?Yes, all participants are required to complete a Waiver Form to partake in any Titan Action Games experiences. Waiver forms can be completed digitally or downloaded and completed to be brought along with you to your booking or open play session. Once you have completed the form, we will keep it on record and you will not be required to do another. The only exception is if a minor who previously had a Parent/Guardian sign off on a form turns 18. They will be required to complete a new form as they are no longer under the minority age. Our Laser Tag experience can be very physically active so you want to ensure you're wearing something you'll feel good in for the duration of the experience. Do I need a venue or space lined up before I book? You do not! We have a variety of different venues that can be offered as indoor booking locations if you currently do not have anything lined up for a booking. One of our booking packages allows us to take care of the venue for you or we can provide a list of locations if you prefer to make the arrangements yourself. -
Is there a minimum or maximum number of players for a booking? All of our mobile bookings include up to 16 taggers. If you have a larger booking, we are absolutely able to rotate them in and out. For a minimum number of players, we recommend at least 6 players for the best possible experience. Please keep in mind that swapping players in/out does take a little bit of time out of the booking duration. We work to make it as smooth as possible, but with a very large number it can affect timing.
-
When should I complete my waiver form?We highly reccomend sending a link to our digital waiver form or printing off copies for your booking attendees to complete before arrival. This speeds up the setup/player prep phase and gets everyone into the game much faster. MINORS REQUIRE A PARENT/GUARDIAN TO COMPLETE THE FORM ELSE THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PLAY You can find our Waiver Forms here
-
What are the requirements if I'm providing or searching for event space? The only true requirement we have for our mobile bookings is access to a power outlet for our equipment. In the near future we will be purchasing a small generator to allow us to operate without the need of a power outlet. We will update once this has been added to our equipment list. Please see the section on playing field size recommendations for details on how what is needed for playing space. The playing field must also be safe for attendees. Please inspect your area for holes or hazardous items if playing outside. We reserve the right to cancel our booking in any location we deem unsafe for attendees of our experience or for our equipment.

What are space size recommendations? In short this one can be a difficult question to answer as many spaces are not perfectly even. With that said, keep in mind that the guidelines below are generalized to help give you an idea of what would work, it can vary from space to space. This simply assumes a perfectly square playing area with no natural cover (trees, foliage, etc). You can certainly fit more players into smaller spaces, which makes for excitingly fast paced chaotic matches (not a bad thing you know)! >5000 sqft - Suitable for up to and over 16 players 5000 sqft - Suitable for up to 12 players 2500 sqft - Suitable for up to 8 players 1500 sqft - Suitable for 4-6 players If you have a space that is oddly shaped (L shaped rooms, large irregularly shaped wooded area, etc) or you are simply unsure about being able to play in it, please contact us and we'd be happy to advise either in person or through photos/video of your available space.
