What if I purchased my pass when a season is close to ending?
The Premium Pass codes do not expire until 1 year after creation, they carry over their usage right into the following season! No worries there
 
How do I use my Premium Pass?
Once you receive your code, you simply register for one of our Open or Advance Play sessions and enter your code during checkout
Please note you can only register for one event at a time when using your code. If you wish to register for multiple events at once you must register with your code one session at a time. (We apologize for any inconvenience and are working on a workaround)
 
When will I receive my Premium Pass code?
Once purchased your code will be sent out within 24 hrs to the email used when making your purchase. Please note that on weekends while we are away at bookings there may be a slight delay in recieving your code.
 
Can I use my Pass for a friend or sibling?
When purchasing your pass, please enter the name(s) that will be used for the session. Up to two individuals may share a Premium Pass. If an attendee registers who is not assigned to a pass, the ticket will be rejected and no refund will be made on the code usage.
